The Orcas Food Co-op Deli

The Orcas Food Co-op opened four years ago and has been successfully growing ever since. However, the size of the physical store space remained the same. The Deli space over the years evolved into providing a lively lunch time scene.  Plan4Space was hired to rework the functional zones in front of and behind the counter.    
Using a combination of tools including measurements and modeling of all the existing equipment and merchandise and new, soon to be employed, equipment (think panini press) and merchandise, along with in-depth evaluations of functional zones and 3D modeling, plans were developed into a new more functionally efficient area - in front of and behind the counter.  With a few tweeks craftsman Mark Mayer brought the design to life.
